Well Logan has truly become a toddler. He definately has his own distinct personality and he LOVES to make mommy and daddy laugh at him. He is also extremely ticklish and once you get him going he will laugh forever. He also love to just laugh at himself. Who knows what is going on in that brain of his. He is trying really hard to talk. And can say a few distinct works. His favorite thing to do is look at books and have you read to him. He likes books that have doggies in them so he can point to them and say da da, which means doggie! Too cute!

We made an unexpected trip to the dr. yesterday. When I took Logan to school yesterday he was clingy and had the start of a runny nose. Well around 4pm, Judy the daycare director called me to say all afternoon Logan had just not been himself. Crying, not wanting to eat or drink, she also said it sounded like he was getting a croupy cough. I called the dr. and they said bring him right in. Thank goodness it was almost closing time for them, I think that is why we didn't have to wait. So I went and picked him up and took him in. Yesterday was his 15 monthday! But couldn't do a well baby because the dr. took one look in his right ear and said it was a really good thing we brought him in because it was really bad. Worse one he has had yet. Which would explain his sick behavior. He usually never acts sick but he did yesterday. He is now on a strong antibiotic then in two weeks when Logan's 15 month check up was originally scheduled he will recheck his ears and do a hearing test and give him his needed shots. Poor kid is really going to hate the dr. after this month! I also asked about the daily antibiotics he had been on and as soon as we are done with this strong antibiotic we go back to the other at least until Easter. I said yes but he has still gotten ear infections while taking it. He looks in his chart and says one in Nov and now. That is twice since he started the medicine in Oct. compared to every 2-3 weeks like before... So it is working...
Logan has gained 1lb since his 12 month check up and grown 1in. The dr. said that all looked great!Comments:Add a comment:

There is no turning back now cause he is a full time walker. Yesterday at school his teacher said that he was running everywhere. So by the time he got home last night he did crawl just a little because he was so worn out from walking! Today is picture day so he looks so much like a little boy. We are just getting the class picture since he just had pictures done while we were in California. But I am sure the class picture will be too cute!
