Logan and Cole

April 2004

Logan has been quite the temper tantrum thrower lately. If he doesn't get his way he throws himself on the floor and starts banging his head. Boy are these trying times!

He does have his sweet moments however, like this morning we were saying bye bye to daddy and walking to the car and Logan always waves with both hands, well as soon as I shut the door Logan says Eyes you, bu bu. I heard I Love You, Bye Bye. It was just too cute!

We had a very exciting weekend! Saturday we took a trip to Burleson to see Mark, Lorie, and Victoria Sprague. It was Torie's 1st birthday and we went to her party. Logan really enjoyed playing outside all day! (Don't worry I lathered him in sunscreen and he wore his hat!)

After the party was over and the guests left Logan and Torie played with all her new toys. He didn't go to bed till 9pm that night. Boy was he exhausted by then but he just didn't want to leave the fun! The next morning he still got up around 7:15am and he and Torie were playing hard again! We left Burleson about 1pm and Logan slept the whole way home and when bed time rolled around at 8pm he was ready to hit the sack. He played really hard this weekend!

It has been a while but here we go!!! Logan has started really babbling. He does say a few words and can look at pictures and he calls them dada but the tone of his voice changes whether it be a duck, dog or his daddy. Yesterday when I picked him up from school the teacher says Logan, tell mommy what you learned today. What does a gorilla say and he say hoo-hoo-hoo. It was too cute!!

He had his 1st egg hunt on Saturday and thought the eggs were balls and kept chunking them. The week before at church he participated in the palm leaf waving. Of course he thought the leaf was a flower and kept trying to smell it!

Grandma Grace also came for a visit and he had fun spending the week with her...
