Logan loves Tball! He got to play left field, pitcher and short stop! He ran for every ball that was hit. He also got to hit 3 times! I post some pictures in the 2007 album!

This has been a big week for Logan. He started Tball practice on Tuesday. The practice lasted for an hour. He seemed to have so much fun!

Then yesterday Logan and I spent the morning at his kindergarten. Since he is starting school a year early we are letting him get acclimated. He started participating right at the end of our visit. That means he will participate a little sooner next month when we visit.

He has Tball practice again tonight. We are hoping the weather will cooperate, but if it rains we really pray it doesn't rain Saturday as that is his first game.

But the chance for rain is highest over the weekend, of course!

Yesterday when I picked Logan up from school he handed me a card that said 100 club. That meant he stood infront of the teacher and counted to 100 all by himself. He does it for us all the time but finally did it for her. There are 22 kids in his pre-k class. 3 are 4 years old like him and all the rest are 5. There are only 7 kids that have counted to 100 and he is the only 4 year old. I am so proud of my little counter!

    New entry for Logan's Kindergarten!

Logan just turned 4 in December but is academically ready for Kindergarten, state law says you must be 5. We have decided to start him at a private school so that he will not be bored next year like he was for the first half of this year. I put a deposit down yesterday for a kindergarten. They will have a roundup in a couple of weeks for him to see the school and then he will have an assessment done. How fun yet scary at the same time. My baby is growing up!

Last week was a blast for the boys! I had to go to Odessa for work so we bought Logan a plane ticket and Cole sat in my lap and we flew to Odessa!

Our flight left at 7am on Wednesday so I got the boys up at 4:45am! And we were out the door by 5am! Amazingly enough they did great. The flight was only a little over an hour. I got a ton of compliments from the people sitting around us.

Gimmie (my mom) met us at the college where I had to work that day, instead of the airport because a good friend from high school was in charge of the program I was attending and I wanted her to see my boys! So mom came and got them and they hung out with her for the day. She took off 2 days of work and I know she had a blast. She took them to see Daddo (my dad) and Pappaw (my grandpa) and Memaw (my grandma).

After I was done working I went back to their house and Cole was crashed out on my parent's bed and Logan and Gimmie were on the floor playing with her huge Noahs Ark. It was so cute watching him create scenarios!

After my dad came home from work we met my Grandparents and my aunt Janie and uncle Sam and their grandkids (my cousins kids) Shelby who is 6 and 1/2 and Jacob who is one month younger than Logan for dinner. We had a nice time then we went to my aunt and uncles house for the kids to play. They had a blast and made a total mess. The boys played cars and Shelby just kept bringing out toys for Cole to play.

When we left we decided to run to my parent's across the street neighbors house who happen to be a couple that grew up with me. Marcus is my age and we went to JR high and High School together, Jodie his wife is Kent's age and her mom and my mom were good friends all through school. They have two daughters Lucy who just turned 3 and Lady who is about to be 1. They are so cute! So the boys played for just a little while then we walked back acroos the street to put the kids to bed. They were exhausted and so was I!

The next morning Thursday, we just hung out and then met my dad for lunch and drove to my grandparents house to say goodbye. We left for the airport around 4pm and landed at DFW around 6:30pm. Cole kind of fussed on the flight and he had a runny nose and cough.

On Friday Travis and I took the day off to look at Kindergartens for Logan and took Cole to the Dr. He has a double ear infection (no wonder he was a little gripy on the plane!)
